Yes, it's true. George W. Bush can control the weather! Now I ask you, how could you vote for anyone else? After the testing is complete he will simply send natural disasters where ever our enemies congregate. Then, to win the hearts and minds of the people he can send in aid and support. Finally, America can go kick some ass without worrying about politics! The world is ours.. bwhahahahaa!!
