Kerry Wins Friends and Influences World Leaders (NOT)

Add Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski to the growing list of Kerry offended Coalition leaders. I wonder why the only world leaders he doesn't piss off are anti-American. I won't mention any names. (France, Al Qieda, Iran, North Korea.. )
