Because of a law that states polls may close early if 100% of the registered voters have voted, the towns of Hart and Dixville Notch, NH have counted every last vote and submitted results.

With 100% of the votes counted Bush takes Dixville Notch, NH:

With 100% of the votes counted there is a TIE in the hamlett of Hart, NH:
15 Bush, 15 Kerry, 1 Nader
