The following document was just received by facsimile from a Kinkos somewhere "Deep in the Heart of Swift Boat Texans." Although it has been reviewed by "some" handwriting and document experts (note that there are no super-scripts or even sub-scripts, or any scripts at all), the management of this "objective network" will not, and cannot, verify the accuracy of the origins of the document.
